REPORTING ON EVENTS

After a collision or a mere medical occurrence will relay messages to your family. In the event of you or your family being in a collision we will also record the details of where your vehicle is being stored. We will also assist in the arranging of the necessary repairs to be carried out through your insurance.

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

There are three means of identifying a member. (1) A silicone bracelet with an eight digit code engraved into it, (2) a sticker on the window of your vehicle and a lanyard on your vehicle keys. The information for the patient can be retrieved via calling the call centre whereby the operator will ask for the eight digit code on the bracelet or the registration of the vehicle. Optional Gold, Silver and Stainless steel Bracelets are available to order from the web site.
